Inclusion Assistant – Al Rayana Charter School (Starting Aug 2026)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Inclusion Assistant for Al Rayana Charter School in Abu Dhabi, starting in August 2026. The school follows an American curriculum and is committed to providing high‑quality learning opportunities for all students, including those with additional support needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils inside and outside the classroom, enabling full participation in school activities.
• Assist in implementing individual education programmes (IEPs) and monitor progress toward IEP goals.
• Prepare differentiated resources and materials to support curriculum access.
• Promote independence by teaching clear strategies and supporting social, communication, and behavioural development.
• Maintain pupil records in collaboration with homeroom and subject teachers.
• Work alongside speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other specialists as required.
• Ensure health and safety compliance, attend training, and participate in professional meetings.
• Support the school’s behaviour policy, encourage self‑esteem, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• SEN qualification – Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing SEN support in an educational setting.
