Inclusion Teacher – Al Qurm Charter School

About the role

Al Qurm Charter School is seeking an enthusiastic Inclusion Teacher to join its vibrant community of over 600 students from KG1 to Grade 5. The role focuses on delivering engaging, student‑centred lessons that support the full ability range and promote the school’s core values of Respect, Collaboration, Passion, Integrity and Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver inclusive lessons aligned with the US Curriculum.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff and external specialists (e.g., speech therapists) to tailor learning experiences.
• Maintain classroom resources, displays and a positive learning environment.
• Assess student progress, record data using Target Tracker, and use insights to inform future planning.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback on academic and behavioural development.
• Implement the school’s behaviour policy, manage classroom dynamics and act as a positive role model.
