Independent Business Development Partner – HORECA & Luxury (Commission Only)

About the role

We are seeking a self‑driven Independent Business Development Executive to grow DISANTINO’s premium water footprint across elite HORECA venues in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure placement opportunities in fine‑dining restaurants, luxury hotels, premium beach clubs, private jet terminals, yacht management companies and members’ clubs.
• Research, pitch and negotiate agreements with regional B2B distributors, sub‑distributors and specialised food‑service suppliers.
• Leverage existing networks to convert cold prospects into warm introductions and active partnerships.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with F&B directors, hospitality managers and culinary decision‑makers.
• Represent DISANTINO at client meetings, private tastings and luxury events, delivering the brand story with professionalism.
• Provide market feedback on pricing and positioning to inform go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience within UAE HORECA or food‑service distribution.
• Established network of active relationships with F&B directors, hospitality general managers, culinary directors or procurement managers in luxury venues.
• Professional, polished presence with an eye for contemporary design and the ability to pitch a quiet‑luxury brand.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Strong self‑discipline, time‑management and entrepreneurial drive to thrive in an independent, commission‑driven role.
