Indoor Sales Agent – Travel & Tourism

About the role

Handle customer inquiries and actively promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and other travel‑related services. Understand customers’ travel requirements and recommend suitable packages, destinations, and services while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours and other travel services.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, provide pre‑ and post‑sales support, and coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth bookings.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, holiday packages or related hospitality.
• Proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills; additional languages and UAE travel‑tourism experience are a plus.
• Good knowledge of travel products, destinations, holiday packages, flight and hotel bookings; familiarity with GDS/reservation systems is advantageous.
