Industrial Grade Xanthan Gum Sales Manager (Middle East)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead the promotion and distribution of industrial grade xanthan gum across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with the Director of Overseas Sales to expand our market presence in oil, drilling and chemical processing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and other regional markets.
• Develop and manage partnerships with oilfield service companies and distributors, providing product training and market support.
• Create and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, track progress from lead generation to order delivery, and report results to senior management.
• Provide technical support, conduct regular customer visits, and resolve procurement or usage issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in sales of industrial raw materials.
• Residency in Dubai with willingness to travel across the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of the regional oil‑related market landscape.
