Industrial Grade Xanthan Gum Sales Manager - Middle East

About the role

Fufeng Group, a leading manufacturer of bio-fermentation products and global leader in xanthan gum, is looking for a Sales Manager for industrial grade xanthan gum in the Middle East, based in Dubai. The role reports to the Director of Overseas Sales and covers Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and other countries, with a focus on oil, oil drilling, chemical processing and related industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales and customer acquisition for industrial xanthan gum, identify potential clients through market research and deliver customized product solutions.
• Build and manage partnerships with oilfield service companies and distributors, providing product training and market support.
• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, track sales from lead to order, and report sales data and market trends to senior management.
• Manage customer relationships, provide technical support, visit existing customers regularly and resolve procurement and usage issues.
• Support the brand's visibility in the region, take part in exhibitions and seminars, and run localized marketing and promotion strategies.
• Train customers and distributors on product technology and applications, and share industry insights internally.

Required profile

• Preferred: experience selling industrial raw materials such as xanthan gum, bio-fermentation products or petrochemical products, and experience developing customers or managing distributors in the oil and chemical industries.
• No mandatory years of experience required.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to work long-term overseas and adapt to the Middle Eastern environment.
