Industrial Male Nurse – Occupational Health (Oman)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Industrial Male Nurse to provide occupational health and emergency medical services for a leading organization in Oman. The role involves delivering first‑aid care, managing workplace injuries, and supporting health‑and‑safety initiatives on an industrial site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first‑aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Assess, stabilize, and manage acute health incidents, including wound care, injections, and medication administration.
• Maintain the on‑site first‑aid room, emergency equipment, medical supplies, and accurate clinical records.
• Coordinate emergency transfers to hospitals and liaise with EMS when required.
• Conduct basic health assessments, support wellness programs, and assist with occupational health screenings.
• Ensure compliance with Omani healthcare regulations, company policies, and infection‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license or eligibility to practice in Oman.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in industrial, occupational health, construction, oil & gas, or large‑scale corporate settings.
• Male candidates preferred due to site requirements.
• Current BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS certification is an advantage.
