Industrial Nurse – Occupational Health

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Industrial Nurse to deliver occupational health services and support employee well‑being across our facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves providing first‑aid care, managing health programs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid and emergency medical care for work‑related and non‑work‑related incidents.
• Assess, document, and monitor employee health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain confidential health and medical records.
• Conduct health assessments, including pre‑employment, periodic, and return‑to‑work examinations.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals.
• Administer prescribed medications and vaccinations per company policy.
• Support health promotion initiatives, wellness programs, and occupational health campaigns.
• Monitor workplace health risks and help implement preventive measures.
• Participate in incident investigations and recommend preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on health trends, injuries, and program effectiveness.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid.
• 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, industrial, manufacturing, construction, or corporate settings.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
