Industry Sales Manager – UAE

About the role

The IND Sales Manager UAE drives profitable growth, market expansion and strategic account development for Bureau Veritas Industry activities in the UAE. The role owns the commercial strategy, sales pipeline, forecasting discipline and business‑development initiatives while working closely with product lines, operations, technical centres and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE Industry sales strategy, delivering sales, order intake, revenue, margin and pipeline targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the Industry sales team, set objectives, monitor performance and ensure pipeline quality and forecasting discipline in Salesforce.
• Build senior relationships with client decision‑makers, lead strategic account engagement, framework agreements and commercial negotiations.
• Drive growth across upstream, downstream, power & utilities, NDT, asset integrity, sustainability and digital solutions, identifying new customers and projects.
• Oversee major tenders, pre‑qualifications, framework agreements and strategic bids, coordinating technical, legal and financial inputs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning and UAE industrial CAPEX/OPEX opportunities, providing market intelligence and performance reporting.
• Promote One BV collaboration, ensure compliance with procedures, ethics and HSE requirements, and maintain accurate records in approved systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Energy Management or related field; MBA or postgraduate commercial qualification is a plus.
• 12–15 years of sales, business development or commercial management experience, preferably in TIC, energy, oil & gas or industrial services, with proven team‑leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE industrial market, client procurement environment and major project ecosystem; excellent communication in English and Arabic.
