Influencer Marketing Intern

About the role

iShout is a full-service influencer marketing agency and digital marketing platform that connects brands and agencies with social media influencers to run campaigns that inform, engage and entertain audiences. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern in Dubai to support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify relevant influencers and assist with outreach and communication
• Help manage influencer relationships
• Contribute to brief creation, content coordination and campaign tracking
• Monitor performance metrics and report on campaign results
• Carry out market and competitor research
• Draft social media copy and basic campaign assets
• Update internal databases
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to meet client goals

Required profile

• Ongoing or completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field
• Strong interest in influencer marketing and digital media
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai

Required skills

• Social media research, influencer discovery and basic campaign coordination
• Content writing, copywriting and basic content planning for social platforms
• Digital marketing fundamentals, including knowledge of major social channels and current trends
• Data organization and analysis, such as tracking campaign performance and preparing simple reports
• Clear written and verbal communication and teamwork in cross-functional groups
• Bonus: social media management tools, basic design sense or experience with creative teams
