Information Security Engineer Internship (Operations)

About the role

Revolut’s Technology team is looking for ambitious students to join a 8–10‑week paid internship focused on security operations. You will work alongside experienced Security Engineers, helping to protect the company’s systems and data from emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new capabilities for the security monitoring and response platform.
• Monitor and analyse security alerts to identify potential threats.
• Respond to security incidents and collaborate with engineering teams to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Automate and improve security monitoring, analysis, and response processes.
• Support threat‑hunting initiatives and design data‑driven solutions for risk detection.
• Learn and apply cutting‑edge tools and technologies used in security operations.

Required profile

• Current university student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security or a related field.
• Strong interest in security operations, monitoring, and incident response.
• Willingness to relocate to a Revolut tech hub in Poland, Portugal, the UAE or the UK and work on‑site three days per week.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
