Information Technology Specialist – Yardi Voyager

About the role

The Information Technology Specialist will lead the technical design, customization, integration, and support of Yardi Voyager and related applications. The role ensures smooth system operations, accurate reporting, automated workflows and optimized data processes across commercial, residential, facilities, procurement and financial modules.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Yardi Analytics, YSR reports, dashboards and automation solutions.
• Configure Yardi modules, manage environments, and conduct disaster‑recovery testing.
• Gather business requirements, create technical specifications, support UAT and oversee production roll‑out.
• Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Yardi product teams and implement sustainable fixes.
• Design and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, views, ETL workflows and data migration processes.
• Redesign business workflows, automate tasks and integrate third‑party applications.
• Provide end‑user training, create documentation and ensure data accuracy through scheduled checks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 8‑12+ years of hands‑on experience with Yardi Voyager development and support in real‑estate management.
• Strong experience in UAE property‑management environments.
• Preferred certifications in Yardi Voyager modules, Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI.
