Inside Sales Executive – Property

About the role
As an Inside Sales Executive for the Property division, you will drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle over the phone. You will work with a diverse portfolio of organisations, turning leads into long‑term partnerships while consistently exceeding targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify customers from cold, warm and hot leads.
- Consult prospects on business challenges and recommend suitable property packages.
- Draft and deliver proposals via email, maintaining professional etiquette.
- Record detailed activity notes in Salesforce CRM.
- Provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Give feedback to management to shorten the sales cycle and enhance brand reputation.
- Represent the company positively in the marketplace.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of inside‑sales experience.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
- High daily call volume and aggressive follow‑up capability.
- Result‑oriented, competitive attitude with problem‑solving mindset.
- Bilingual ability is a plus.
