Inside Sales Executive – Property

About the role

As an Inside Sales Executive for the Property division, you will drive revenue by managing the full sales cycle over the phone. You will work with a diverse portfolio of organisations, turning leads into long‑term partnerships while consistently exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify customers from cold, warm and hot leads.
• Consult prospects on business challenges and recommend suitable property packages.
• Draft and deliver proposals via email, maintaining professional etiquette.
• Record detailed activity notes in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Give feedback to management to shorten the sales cycle and enhance brand reputation.
• Represent the company positively in the marketplace.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of inside‑sales experience.
• Familiarity with Zendesk and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• High daily call volume and aggressive follow‑up capability.
• Result‑oriented, competitive attitude with problem‑solving mindset.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.
