Inside Sales Representative - New Business

About the role

Property Finder, the leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to drive business growth by proactively identifying, engaging and converting prospective clients. The role involves building a deep understanding of each client's needs, recommending tailored listing packages and guiding opportunities through to close.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and qualify new leads using the company database and market insights.
• Contact prospects by outbound calls and explain the value of the solutions offered.
• Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable listing packages on propertyfinder.ae.
• Present and demonstrate the product portfolio using a consultative approach, addressing objections and setting clear next steps.
• Maintain follow-up, identify key decision-makers and negotiate contracts.
• Guide new clients through onboarding and work with internal teams so requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Keep accurate CRM records for pipeline management, forecasting and reporting, and meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science or a related field.
• Two to three years of experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales or similar sales role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Required skills

• Strong listening, communication and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and cold-calling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time-management skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
