Institutional Sales Manager – Russian Speakers

About the role

Binance’s VIP & Institutional team is looking for a results‑driven Institutional Sales Manager who is fluent in Russian. You will join a global, remote‑first team that serves the most sophisticated crypto‑trading clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and investment banks.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and nurture relationships with major institutional and VIP clients across the globe.
• Expand existing accounts through regular communication and deep understanding of client needs.
• Design and maintain customer‑service processes, management rules, and status tracking for key accounts.
• Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, and produce analytical reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience focused on customer acquisition or origination, with clear KPI achievement.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Russian.

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
