Institutional Sales – OTC Crypto Execution

About the role

BitOasis is looking for a highly driven Institutional OTC Sales Professional to generate front‑line revenue and originate new business. You will act as the primary conduit between institutional clients and the internal trading desk, facilitating large‑ticket digital‑asset transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, build a pipeline and close new institutional clients for off‑order‑book crypto and stablecoin trades.
• Leverage an existing network of institutional participants to drive immediate trading volume to the OTC desk.
• Manage the RFQ lifecycle, ensure competitive pricing and seamless execution of large block trades.
• Guide clients through KYB and AML onboarding to accelerate the sales cycle.
• Maintain and expand relationships by understanding liquidity, trading and settlement needs.
• Provide market colour, liquidity insights and execution strategies to clients.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in institutional sales, OTC trading or brokerage, with at least 2 years selling crypto OTC services.
• Established, transferable book of institutional crypto clients (family offices, corporate treasuries, asset managers, VC firms).
• Proven metrics‑driven track record of outbound origination and revenue/volume targets.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain complex execution mechanics.
• Commitment to strict compliance with internal and UAE regulatory frameworks.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of crypto market microstructure.
• Liquidity aggregation and stablecoin settlement knowledge.
• Familiarity with fiat banking rails.
