Instock Associate - UAE National, Other Hardlines

About the role

Amazon Business is looking for a results-oriented Instock Associate for the Other Hardlines categories in the GCC, based in Dubai. The role covers all aspects of instock, including improving in-stock levels, inventory planning and forecasting, and driving customer experience through collaboration across retail, supply chain and operations. The focus is on improving processes at GCC level, partnering with vendors and functional teams to reduce cost to serve and raise service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage availability and inventory health, including improved in-stock rates, inventory planning and systematic forecasting for key categories
• Solve complex supply chain problems with data-driven solutions
• Develop dashboards to improve team efficiency through automation
• Create and run buying and forecasting scenarios to improve buying decisions
• Act as an internal consultant to vendors on forecasting, buying and operations, stepping up their operational performance
• Own the relationships of a set of Other Hardlines vendors and their long-term supply chain optimization goals

Required profile

• High school diploma or above
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and experience in SQL
