Instructional Design & Digital Learning Specialist

About the role

EFS Facilities Services is seeking a creative, hands‑on Instructional Design & Digital Learning Specialist to develop engaging, scalable learning solutions for its professional workforce. The role focuses on converting business knowledge, policies and processes into structured digital and blended learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct learning‑needs analysis and translate business requirements into clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Design and develop eLearning, microlearning, videos, facilitator decks, workbooks, simulations and assessments using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360 or comparable tools.
• Produce LMS‑ready, SCORM‑compliant content and manage the full content lifecycle from storyboard to publication.
• Collaborate with SMEs and functional SPOCs to gather, validate and approve course material.
• Leverage Generative AI for outlining, storyboarding, instructional writing and content adaptation, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience designing digital learning for corporate audiences.
• Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail and project‑management capability.

Required skills

• Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360.
• Canva, Vyond, Camtasia, Synthesia, Adobe Captivate (or similar multimedia tools).
• SCORM‑compliant content creation and LMS platform familiarity.
• Generative AI tools for instructional design.
