Insurance Sales Professional - Motor, Health and General

About the role

Careers International is hiring a Sales Professional in Dubai for the insurance sector. You will generate new business across Motor, Health and General Insurance products, manage and grow your customer portfolio and meet monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and market outreach
• Provide accurate insurance advice and suitable coverage solutions
• Coordinate with internal underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy issuance and renewals
• Stay updated on products, market trends and competitor offerings
• Ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations and company policies

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales (Motor, Health and General Insurance)
• Demonstrated ability to bring in new customers independently; an existing customer portfolio is highly preferred
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Preferred: knowledge of leading insurance providers and policy structures, and a valid UAE driving licence
