Intelligence Analyst

About the role

EDGE, an advanced technology group headquartered in the UAE and based in Abu Dhabi, is hiring an experienced Intelligence Analyst. The role supports risk-informed decision-making across global operations, third-party partnerships and supply chain networks, focusing on identifying, assessing and monitoring emerging threats and turning complex intelligence into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intelligence-led research and analysis to identify emerging risks and threats affecting business operations
• Monitor global events, geopolitical developments, regulatory changes and other external factors
• Assess third-party, vendor and supply chain risks, including security, compliance, operational and reputational aspects
• Support due diligence, investigations and risk assessments of suppliers, partners and other external entities
• Analyse patterns, trends and risk indicators to warn proactively of potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments and risk briefings for business leaders and stakeholders
• Help develop risk assessment methodologies, screening frameworks and analytical processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess and mitigate risks, and support incident response
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and keep accurate records

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in intelligence, risk management, investigations, security, compliance or a related field
• Minimum 3 years in a corporate environment within a risk, intelligence, investigations, compliance, security or related function
• Background in intelligence analysis and strong experience in risk management, corporate investigations or business operations
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders, and ability to work in dynamic, international environments
• English proficiency required

Preferred qualifications

• Supply chain security, third-party risk management, supplier due diligence or similar risk functions
• Geopolitical, regulatory, operational, cyber, fraud, corruption or compliance risk assessment
• Experience with Five Eyes or NATO organisations
• Familiarity with intelligence collection, OSINT, due diligence and investigative methodologies
