Interface Manager

About the role

The Interface Manager is accountable for all interface activities during the detailed engineering phase and on‑site execution. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring technical coordination across multiple project packages.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering coordination and execution of interface requirements with EPC contractors and internal teams.
• Organise and chair regular interface meetings, providing weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain interface registers, IP databases, and ensure timely completion of battery‑limit tie‑ins and related drawings.
• Participate in interface HAZOP studies and oversee pre‑commissioning and commissioning procedures.
• Resolve technical conflicts with contractors and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (minimum 4 years of study).
• At least 20 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, including 5 years in the GCC region.
• Proven experience on brown‑field and green‑field projects, with specific exposure to ADNOC projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
