Interim Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager Interim role in Dubai supports the industrial and manufacturing sector by overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insight. This is a six‑month fixed‑term position requiring immediate availability and experience in both the UAE and African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance to sustain growth.
• Coordinate internal and external auditors for financial audits.
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Immediate availability.
• Experience in the African market.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting practices.
• Proficiency in financial systems and software relevant to the industrial and manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and cash flow effectively.
• Experience ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for team and stakeholder management.
