Internal Compliance Manager

About the role

The Internal Compliance Manager will lead critical compliance reviews, control testing and assurance activities across key corporate functions such as Procurement, Finance, HR and Administration. This strategic, hands‑on position ensures that internal controls, policies and workflows meet best‑in‑class standards while maintaining confidentiality and objectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive control review projects across Procurement, Finance, HR and shared services.
• Assess vendor lifecycle processes, purchase order validation, contract compliance and segregation of duties.
• Conduct forensic‑style reviews of financial delegations, payment verifications, revenue processes and expense integrity.
• Evaluate end‑to‑end HR governance, including recruitment documentation, payroll inputs, termination processes and access rights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, uncover hidden risks and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Detect, categorize and escalate compliance breaches, fraud indicators and system vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading compliance reviews and control testing in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and gaps across multiple functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and objectivity.
