About the role

A reputable healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its specialist services and seeks an Internal Medicine Consultant to join a multidisciplinary clinical team in a modern multispecialty hospital. The role offers the chance to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centred care in a tax‑free environment with advanced diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical care within the scope of internal medicine.
• Assess, diagnose and develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, patient safety and clinical governance initiatives.
• Educate patients and families while supporting preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ethical standards and hospital policies.

Required profile

• Recognised specialist qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT, European Board, Royal College, Arab Board, MD/DNB/DM/FCPS or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 + years post‑specialist/board certification experience.
• Eligibility for UAE medical licensing (DHA/DOH/MOH).
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
