International Admissions Officer – Arabic Speaking

About the role

The British university based in Dubai seeks an Arabic‑speaking International Admissions Officer to join its team. Reporting to the Director of the Middle East, you will oversee daily administrative and logistical operations of the Dubai office while supporting prospective students across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day office administration and logistics in Dubai.
• Respond to enquiries from international students throughout the MENA region.
• Provide counseling and advice to prospective students.
• Coordinate with the Admissions and Visa Support team located in the UK.
• Support marketing and recruitment activities and liaise with agents and British Council staff.

Required profile

• Resident of the UAE with a university degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Relevant administrative experience within the Middle East.
• Proficient in dealing with a wide range of nationalities and non‑standard queries.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region.
