International Sales Manager – OTR Tires

About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Manager to build and lead the OTR tyre business for a Chinese manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates and the wider region. This market‑building role offers full autonomy to establish a commercial presence, open strategic accounts and develop a sustainable sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the UAE and assigned surrounding markets.
• Develop sales of industrial, agricultural and specialised OTR tyres.
• Identify and approach distributors, importers, dealers and key accounts.
• Build and manage a strong B2B customer portfolio and long‑term distributor relationships.
• Prospect new customers, generate qualified opportunities and negotiate prices, terms and distribution agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and account development.
• Deliver agreed revenue and volume targets while monitoring market trends, pricing and competitor activity.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to the management team in China.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably within the OTR tyre market.
• Strong network of distributors and key accounts in the UAE/Middle East.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a zero‑to‑one development phase.
• Professional working proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
