Investment Analyst – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Investment Analyst will support the evaluation, execution and monitoring of investment opportunities across a diversified portfolio. Working closely with the Investment team and senior management, you will provide rigorous financial analysis, valuation, market research and transaction execution support.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate M&A, private equity, strategic investment and divestment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
• Build and review detailed financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, returns, sensitivity and scenario modelling.
• Conduct industry, market, competitive and company research to underpin investment recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality investment committee, management and Board‑level presentations, memoranda and transaction updates.
• Support transaction execution by coordinating financial, commercial, legal, tax and operational due‑diligence workstreams.
• Monitor existing portfolio companies, tracking financial performance, strategic developments and value‑creation initiatives.

Required profile

• MBA from a recognized institution and CFA qualification or charterholder.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development or similar, with at least one deal closure.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement, high attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
