Investment Associate, Healthcare – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Associate with a focus on healthcare to join our global asset management team. The role is based in Dubai and involves supporting senior colleagues on multi‑jurisdictional healthcare transactions, from initial evaluation through to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior team on cross‑border healthcare deals, handling evaluation, due diligence and closing activities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and feasibility studies for greenfield hospital projects.
• Prepare investment materials, term sheets and assist with shareholder agreement processes.
• Coordinate due‑diligence across legal, commercial and regulatory workstreams.
• Liaise with law firms, advisors and local equity partners to progress documentation.
• Track project actions, timelines and dependencies with disciplined project management.
• Contribute to capital‑raising efforts through analysis, data‑room preparation and investor materials.
• Prepare board and partner materials and manage regular reporting deliverables.
• Travel extensively to emerging‑market locations to support negotiations and implementation.
• Work with operations on business plans, performance tracking and target setting.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in investment banking or 4–5 years at a top‑tier strategy consultancy.
• Healthcare exposure strongly preferred (provider/hospital, pharma or healthcare coverage).
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Dubai with extensive travel across emerging markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings.
• Cultural adaptability and resilience to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
