Investment Manager – Family Office (Dubai)

About the role

We are an established family office with a diversified international investment platform seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our Dubai team. The role offers broad exposure to global markets and multiple asset classes within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate a diversified global multi‑asset portfolio including public equities, fixed income, private markets, hedge funds and alternatives.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities, perform sensitivity analysis and support valuation.
• Conduct macro‑economic, industry and market research to inform investment views and asset allocation.
• Review sector, regional and capital‑market trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Prepare investment presentations, analytical reports and supporting materials for internal discussions and stakeholder reviews.
• Assist with due‑diligence activities on fund managers, co‑investments and direct investment opportunities.
• Develop and maintain investment databases, reporting frameworks and performance‑tracking tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in investment management, research, wealth management or asset management.
• Proven experience working within a UAE‑based family office and handling multi‑asset investment portfolios.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, asset allocation principles and macro‑economic dynamics.
• Experience with financial modelling, valuation techniques and investment research methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Progress towards CFA designation (Level II or above preferred).
