Islamic Finance Executive - Cards Sales (Outsource)

About the role

The Islamic Finance Executive – Cards Sales will source new Covered Card applications from the local market, ensuring all activities comply with ADIB policies and procedures. The role focuses on acquiring new business, maintaining relationships, and delivering prompt, confidential service to customers in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new Covered Card customers within the target segment, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports (DSR) for all visited customers and company visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business entities and individuals that generate card business.
• Visit potential companies/institutions, finalize deals within ADIB’s turnaround time, and provide feedback to the RSS.
• Ensure all credit applications are accurate, complete, and supported by authentic documents before forwarding for processing.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, prepare required files, and coordinate card issuance within 24 hours of signing.
• Monitor card disbursement, notify coordinators of any delays, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Cross‑sell other banking products when appropriate and participate in promotional activities assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Covered Card and related RBG products.
• Fair understanding of service standards, sales processes, and computer skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and associated risks.
• General awareness of local market competitors.
