About the role
The IT Helpdesk Agent provides 24/7 first‑level technical support to guests and employees at Atlantis Dubai, ensuring all IT service requests and incidents are logged, resolved, or escalated according to standard procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑level IT support for hotel guests and staff around the clock.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in the Service Desk system.
- Ensure compliance with IT service delivery procedures and promote the use of the Service Desk.
- Escalate complex issues to higher‑level support while maintaining clear communication.
Required profile
- Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or similar role.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service delivery processes.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain professionalism.
Required skills
- Application support for hospitality solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices (certification is a plus).
- Experience using Service Desk software for incident management.
