IT Project Manager – Enterprise Software Implementation

About the role

Product Pulse, an international technology consulting firm expanding in Dubai, is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementation projects across the UAE. The role involves managing client‑facing projects from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise software implementation projects, defining scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, handling risks, change requests and stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor progress, prepare project documentation, status reports and executive updates.
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering client‑facing technology projects.
• Experience leading software development teams with Agile and Scrum.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field.
