IT Sales Associate

About the role

Missan IT Solutions, an IT company serving businesses across the Middle East and India, is hiring an IT Sales Associate in Dubai. The Sales Associate helps customers find the right IT solution and get the most value from what is available. The position is permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Present and promote IT solutions and services to potential clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product or service solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, with pre-sales support if needed
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information and pipeline updates in the CRM
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate with technical, support and marketing teams to deliver quality solutions
• Stay up to date with new product launches, industry trends and competitor activity
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual sales reports
• Attend international sales meetings and seminars, and suggest improvements such as marketing plans

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE; fresh graduates are also considered
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science or information technology
• Knowledge of IT
• UAE driving licence
