IT Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative

About the role

Optimway for Solutions and Trading is urgently hiring an IT Sales Executive / Technical Sales Representative in Abu Dhabi. The role suits someone with a solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and proven B2B technology sales experience in the UAE. It starts with a 3-month probationary period, followed by a 1-year renewable contract; joining is immediate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B sales leads across the UAE, mainly in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct technical sales presentations and pitch enterprise IT solutions to business owners, decision-makers and IT managers.
• Understand clients' technical needs and recommend IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals and meet assigned sales targets.
• Build long-term client relationships, follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of IT or technology sales experience in the UAE market.
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Currently residing in Abu Dhabi and holding a valid personal UAE residence visa; tourist or visit visas are not accepted.
• Available to join immediately.

What we offer

• Monthly base salary up to AED 6,000, reviewed after the first 3 months based on performance.
• 10% commission on the net profit of closed deals, under the company's commission policy.
• Transportation and mobile/internet allowances from day one, subject to the reimbursement policy.
• Visa sponsorship possible after the initial period, subject to performance and UAE immigration requirements.
