IT Solutions Quality Control Manager

About the role

The Roads and Transport Authority seeks an experienced professional to lead the quality control, assessment and testing framework for its IT solutions. You will ensure that all projects and systems meet RTA technology governance, quality standards and sector guidelines while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and periodically review technology quality assurance frameworks and standards across the IT department.
• Plan, direct and coordinate all QA and testing activities, defining acceptance criteria for project hand‑overs.
• Conduct internal quality assessments covering usability, language, multi‑browser/device compatibility and unresolved UAT items.
• Analyse incident reports, coordinate corrective actions and oversee risk assessments to prevent quality or operational failures.
• Prepare periodic performance reports, highlight trends and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service‑improvement opportunities from user feedback, audits and internal reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science or quality management (master’s preferred).
• 9+ years of experience with a master’s degree or 11+ years with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in project management and IT quality assurance within large‑scale organisations.
