IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, people‑friendly IT Specialist to join our Dubai team. You will be the first point of contact for technical queries, providing clear, step‑by‑step support to users across the business while ensuring our systems remain secure and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and basic network issues for end‑users, both in person and remotely.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and VoIP devices.
• Log and track incidents, escalating complex problems according to company procedures.
• Manage onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including access rights and system set‑up for new joiners and leavers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of all IT assets and ensure compliance with data‑protection and device‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or service‑desk role.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Methodical, helpful and user‑first attitude with excellent time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• VoIP telephony systems.
• LAN, VPN and basic network security.
• PABX configuration.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting on Windows PCs and laptops.
• Knowledge of Cisco or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
