IT Support Engineer

About the role

Noorka Logistics is looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join its technology and operations team in Dubai. You will ensure that all IT systems remain secure, stable and available, supporting the company’s freight, warehouse and supply‑chain activities.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support for hardware, software, operating systems and network issues.
• Monitor and manage network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN and internet services.
• Administer user accounts, email configurations, passwords and access permissions.
• Deploy software updates, security patches, antivirus solutions and required applications.
• Maintain IT asset records, software licences and technical documentation.
• Assist with data backup, recovery procedures and basic cybersecurity activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and technical services.
• Support ERP, logistics, warehouse and other business applications.
• Respond promptly to support requests and keep service records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support, technical support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
