IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and tech‑savvy IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance and ensure smooth daily IT operations for our Dubai office. You will be the primary point of contact for hardware, software and network issues, supporting employees from day one and driving continuous improvement through automation and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day corporate IT support using Jira Service Management ticketing system.
• Administer SaaS access, MDM (Jamf) and maintain hardware inventory with Bluetally.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding technical lifecycle for Dubai employees, including laptop provisioning and account setup.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV and video‑conferencing systems in the office.
• Handle vendor relationships and local hardware/software procurement.
• Fully manage, patch and troubleshoot the local office network and act as liaison with Etisalat for internet services.
• Create and maintain internal IT documentation, runbooks and self‑service guides.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a primary IT support role within a modern office environment.
• Experience working in regulated environments (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with Jamf, asset‑management tools, Jira, Okta and Google Workspace.
• Experience managing Apple hardware and software fleets.
• Network and infrastructure troubleshooting skills, including ISP liaison.
• AV systems and conference‑room technology experience.
• Familiarity with UAE local procurement and vendor management.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
