IT Support / IT Executive

About the role

Bato Clinic is looking for a dependable IT Support / IT Executive to manage daily technical‑support activities and ensure reliable operation of the clinic’s IT systems. The role involves supporting users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining infrastructure and handling day‑to‑day technology requirements with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to computer users and systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email and networking issues.
• Install, configure and maintain computers and related equipment.
• Support the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and office technology.
• Respond promptly and effectively to technical‑support requests.
• Perform routine system checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain system security and support data‑backup procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors when advanced support is required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant IT experience.
• Current UAE residence is required.
• Good knowledge of computers, networking, email systems, software and basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily IT‑support responsibilities.
• Responsible, organized and professional approach.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
