- Manage end‑to‑end employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring zero‑day access provisioning and secure offboarding compliance.
- Build and maintain support procedures and employee‑facing knowledge‑base articles.
- Partner with business units as a go‑to support contact and communicate clearly across the organization.
- Track hardware inventory, coordinate device replacements and repairs, and provide hands‑on support for printers, peripherals, and meeting‑room technology.
Required profile
- Professional proficiency in English.
- 3–7 years of experience in help‑desk, internal IT support, or a similar technical support role.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced or global team is a plus.
- Patient, helpful, solutions‑oriented approach with strong follow‑through.
Required skills
- Okta and Google Workspace for user accounts, password resets, MFA, and SSO.
- Mobile Device Management platforms: Iru (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Basic networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN) and familiarity with UniFi/Ubiquiti equipment.
- Collaboration tools: Slack and Microsoft Office 365 (channels, apps, notifications).
- Hands‑on support for printers, peripherals, and meeting‑room technology.
What we offer
- Weekly lunch stipend of $75 (or local equivalent).
- Full health, dental, and mental‑health benefits.
- Retirement savings plans (RRSP matching, 401K, pension scheme).
- Generous parental‑leave top‑up and 6 weeks of paid vacation.
- Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- $500 home‑office stipend and co‑working benefit for remote workers.
