About the role

Gates Dubai is looking for a Japanese‑speaking Advertising Sales & Marketing Executive to join its media platform that connects Japan and the UAE. You will work with Japanese and UAE‑based businesses to create advertising proposals and coordinate editorial features.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Japanese and local businesses.
• Propose media advertising packages, prepare quotations and manage contracts.
• Identify new clients and follow up with existing clients.
• Plan and coordinate editorial features.
• Prepare sales materials, project proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• Currently based in Dubai.
• Japanese proficiency sufficient for professional communication.
• Business‑level English proficiency.
• Experience working in an English‑speaking business environment.
• Experience in sales or marketing.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
