JavaScript Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Python and full‑stack JavaScript developer to design, develop and maintain high‑quality code for training and optimizing AI models. The position is fully remote and works with US‑based companies on commercial and research AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high‑quality code to train and optimize AI models.
• Conduct evaluations (evals) to benchmark model performance and analyze results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creating and maintaining high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to execute reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Proven experience writing readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Ability to conduct thorough peer reviews of code and documentation.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
