JavaScript Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Python‑plus‑Full‑Stack (JavaScript) Developer to join a leading AI company on a full‑time remote basis. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models for commercial and research applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code for AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and curating task‑specific datasets.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Nest.js, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Strong peer‑review and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Docker for containerization and deployment.
• Familiarity with performance measurement tools and methodologies.
