About the role
Al Amwaj Furniture & Decoration Factory is hiring a Joinery Foreman in Al Quoz Industrial 4, Dubai. The foreman supervises joinery and carpentry work on site and leads the workshop production and installation teams.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers and manage site activities
- Ensure quality workmanship and meet project deadlines
- Oversee workshop production and site installation
- Coordinate planning and time management across the team
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman
- Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry and furniture manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings
- Leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of materials, machinery and joinery finishing techniques
- Filipino or Indian nationality preferred
