About the role
The Junior Specialist will manage indirect procurement for CAPEX, OPEX, and services, handling the full cycle from supplier sourcing to vendor payment.
Key responsibilities
- Check daily purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in SAP.
- Send supplier enquiries, obtain quotations, negotiate terms and evaluate performance.
- Follow up deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate vendor payments with Finance.
- Maintain supplier relationships and update delivery and order status in SAP.
- Support cross‑functional departments while adhering to ISO 14001:2015 and HSE policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of procurement experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required skills
- SAP procurement module.
- SAP Ariba (advantage).
