About the role
Our bartenders create memorable experiences, staying on top of trends and guest needs while ensuring flawless bar operation and exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages, maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized service.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with hotel teams and community partners to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
Required skills
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology trends.
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
