Junior Class Teacher - Maternity Cover (Term 2)

About the role

Repton Al Barsha, a Cognita school in Dubai's Barsha South area, is recruiting a Junior Class Teacher to cover maternity leave during Term 2. This is a full-time, temporary position paid by day rate, and the school does not provide benefits, so applicants must hold their own or a dependent visa and their own medical coverage.

The school teaches students from Nursery (FS1) to Year 11 and is growing through to Year 13. It follows the UK National Curriculum in an inclusive family environment, with a strong focus on pastoral care and extra-curricular activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Education or PGCE with an appropriate specialism, or a Bachelor's degree in a subject relevant to teaching plus a PGCE in Primary Education.
• Experience teaching in a UK setting or a renowned British Curriculum / international school.
• Experience that allows you to contribute to the school's enrichment programme.
• Own visa, dependent sponsorship visa or Golden Visa.
• Availability from the start of Term 3 until the end of the academic year.
