Junior Facilities Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Facilities Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining and improving the building’s mechanical and electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe and efficient operation of all core systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and the facilities management team to support daily operations and long‑term projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise routine and specialized maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop, schedule, and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety regulations and local building codes.
• Oversee contractors and manage facility upgrade projects, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings and operational reports to identify efficiency improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and generate reports for management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to schedule downtime and minimize disruption.
