Junior Full Stack Engineer (Front-End Focused)

About the role

This is a front-end heavy full-stack developer position based on site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, aimed at building clean, responsive UIs in React. You will collaborate with backend and product teams and grow into broader full-stack capabilities in a fast-paced product environment. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, maintain and iterate on front-end features in React aligned with product goals.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services, ensuring reliable UI behaviour.
• Work with backend, QA, design and product teams to ship features with quality and accessibility in mind.
• Take part in code reviews, testing, debugging and continuous improvement of UI/UX and performance.
• Own your tasks and contribute to a fast-paced development cadence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience; the role is classified as junior with growth potential.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn, comfortable owning tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to explain trade-offs and influence without authority.
• Adaptable to a fast pace and detail-oriented, with a habit of writing clean, maintainable code.

Required skills

• Core: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and REST APIs.
• Preferred: Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure awareness and secure coding basics.
• Version control (Git) and participation in code reviews.
